el do is the winner of the 2015 CMACN/AIACC Concrete Masonry Design Awards. This house, after six years of construction, is finally complete. The house is a single story with a loft style garage, situated at La Jolla Shores, original house built in 1959 was called the "Gold Tahitian". Even though this house has been totally renovated, the floor plan stays intact but the interior and exterior are totally new. Each interior space has a new outdoor space, called outdoor living rooms.

Osa Casa /
Back from the Osa, we now have a toilet, fabric netting being installed and customized to metal angle openings, waterproof camo exterior skin also being fitted for openings.
We had waves for just about two weeks straight ranging from chest high at Punta Sombrero (house wave) to triple overhead at Punta Matapalo. Great fish, friends and construction progress on Casa Sombrero.
